Grey Gardens

I'd honestly never heard of Grey Gardens or Little Edie before going to see this musical theater production.  The last performance my theater buddy and I had gone too was Flashdance and I was sad that I hadn't thought to dress up a bit for it.  You know, a demure neon green leg warmer or something.  So in the fifteen minutes I had to dress for the evening's performance before my ride arrived I texted for suggestions.  This was the response:

"you should wear a scarf on your head"

"the best thing is to wear pantyhose or some pants under a short skirt, I think"

And this is what I came up with.  Not bad, right?

Gotta love Seattle, I don't think anyone looked at me askance.  The show was great, just like watching the youtube clips.  If you've got some time to kill and want to learn about Little Edie and her mother...
